Rituals
Breath: Place two drops in palms. Rub hands together. Cup hands over nose and mouth. Inhale deeply. Repeat for 30 seconds.

Kamber Lamoureux I love this stuff…. It’s amazing, beautiful and effective. I have been using it at night for the last 3 weeks and it’s a lifesaver. I use 2-3 drops on my palms take 3 deep long breaths and then rub on my pulse points (armpits and neck and ankles). My kids love it too! Highly recommend!

Joann S. I am updating a previous review I submitted. Originally I placed an order from the Black Friday sale. I only received 1 out of 3 Sleep oils that I ordered. I sent an email regarding the shortage. After several weeks I still didn't hear back so I wrote a review about my dissatisfaction with their customer service. Shortly after my review I finally heard back from the company. The owner explained why the error occured and expressed her apologies. She mailed the missing items to me very quickly. I am very pleased with the outcome and will continue to order from them because I LOVE THEIR PRODUCTS!
