Breathe like the Trees: A daily ritual
Don’t just sanitize, revitalize
Wash your hands, purify your lungs and keep a positive mindset. Since we are all spending a bit more time in our homes, it is a natural time to create some new rituals and intentions around our daily acts. These days, I am taking pointed care of my lungs and respiratory health.
A powerful way to do this is to enjoy an aromatic shower of eucalyptus, cypress and silver fir. I tap 7-10 drops of Decongest+ remedy right onto the corner of my shower floor. As the steam rises, the vapors enter my lungs and revitalize my respiratory system, keeping me well through flu season.

Where should I apply this remedy?
For prevention- Inhaling it will drive the remedy right into your sinuses, lungs and bronchials. Out of the shower, do a palm inhalation 2 or 3 times a day when exposed to germs.
When you’re fighting something – Inhale and rub 3-5 drops into armpits, inner thighs and behind the ears (lymph nodes). Also rub it directly onto you chest near armpits. Repeat up to 6 times a day.
