FAQ'S

How often should I use the product?

You can follow the directions on the packaging as a guideline, but increase use as desired. Inhalation is safest method to use repeatedly. The FDA considers essential oils as GRAS (generally regarded as safe). Discontinue use if any skin irritation occurs.

What's the best way to use them?

We like the palm inhalation method as the primary introduction of the remedies. Soaking, rubbing and diffusing can be equally beneficial but inhalation is tried and true. At the Nectar Headquarters, we even do foot baths with the oils as well as putting them in a humidifier.

I can't breathe through my nose, what should I do?

Breathe through your mouth or try the other methods of soaking, diffusing, or rubbing on your body.

How long will it take to see results?

Sometimes you will see instant results, other times, benefits increase with continued use. Essential oils, like all natural medicines, are not instant fix-its. They help your body create equilibrium and generally become more effective over time.

If I'm already feeling sick, what remedy should I use?

When you're getting sick, it is possible to accelerate your healing process or 'nip it in the bud'. Try our decongest, immunity or super-immunity for best results. If you don't have those on hand, use whichever one you have, as every one of our remedies contains anti-microbial essential oils.

Is it safe to take aromatherapy products with medications?

Essential oils are generally regarded as safe (GRAS) and shouldn't have any negative interactions with medications, but it is always best to check with your physician.

Should I stop taking my antibiotics if I have the super-immunity product?

The essential oils in Super-immunity are anti-microbial and can definitely support a speedier recovery. However, we recommend that you always heed the advice of your healthcare practitioner. Our remedies are complementary to Allopathic medicine.
