Nectar Essences™ is required by law to charge appropriate sales tax for orders which ship to addresses within the state of California.

RETURN POLICY

At Nectar Essences, we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, return the item in its original condition within 14 days of original shipping date for a full refund, less shipping costs. Nectar Essence reserves the right to refuse any return at our discretion. Please allow 15 business days to process your returns.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

All returned merchandise must include a RMA #. Please e-mail returns@nectaressences.com for an RMA #. Please package the item carefully and include the RMA # on the box. We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed and your credit card will be promptly credited.

SHIPPING POLICY

We will ship anywhere USPS will deliver. We will send your shipments out within 3 business days unless otherwise noted in product description. We will notify you of any exceptions via e-mail.

Our standard USPS Ground shipping rates within the 48 contiguous states are:

Orders up to $50       $ 6
From $51 to $100      $ 8
From $101 to $150    $ 10
From $150 to 200      $ 12
Over $200                 free
Our rush shipping rates are:
USPS Express Mail     Add $ 12 to the Standard USPS Ground rates above
